LX-A Digital Rubber Hardness Tester
Overview
The LX-A Digital Rubber Hardness Tester is an instrument designed for measuring the hardness of vulcanized rubber and plastic products. It complies with the relevant stipulations of standards GB527, GB531, and JJG304. When mounted on the matching model-specific test stand, this hardness tester can be used in laboratories to measure the standard hardness of standard rubber and plastic test pieces. Additionally, the tester's display unit can be handheld to measure the surface hardness of rubber (or plastic) components installed on equipment.

*Types A and D are suitable for hardness testing of low to medium hardness materials and high hardness materials, respectively. Type C is suitable for hardness testing of microcellular materials used in shoes, which are made from rubber-plastic blends containing blowing agents, when the compression ratio is 50% and the stress exceeds 0.049 MPa.
